- Senior Business Intelligence is a professional role that closely supports the Data Science and analytic team Translate business requirements into data and analytics solutions by using relevant data engineering, analytics, and visualization applications.
- Develop clear, concise, and digestible visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and other technologies, for the team to use and gain insight from.

Knowledge Management
- Develop and update Salesforce and domain knowledge in self and fellow team members
- Conduct knowledge transfer and handholding sessions to the applications support team at the end of every project
- Transfer the knowledge by sharing the documents.

Policies and Procedure
- Adapt methodologies, technologies, and practices to incorporate the change
- Follow the agreed development methodologies, standards, and techniques.
Experience:
- At least 8 years of business applications experience using Salesforce solutions including support and implementation.
- Minimum of eight major or full-cycle implementation projects
- Excellent understanding of the standard enterprise applications structure and database. Extensive experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning) and integration platforms is a must
- Excellent skills in developing new modules, extensions to existing applications, developing end-to-end data pipelines. Dashboard visualizations and reports.
- Excellent analysis and debugging skills
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Dashboarding, Power BI or other similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Competencies:
- Very good experience in preparing technical design deliverables in line with a structured methodology, in Salesforce (Lightning) technologies and preferably in two or more of the following technologies – Oracle, OAF, ADF, Java, APEX, BigQuery, Python, ODI,.NET, Sharepoint, etc.
- Good communication skills – ability to present and explain concepts and demonstrate products.
- Fair conduct in English, and Arabic is a plus.
- Time and result-oriented work delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
