Overview
Mubadala Health has an exciting opportunity for a focused, forward-thinking, motivated, Prosthetic & Orthotic Technician. Reporting to the Manager of Prosthetics & Orthotics, the P&O Technician is responsible for manufacturing high-quality prosthetic and orthotic devices. Working closely with the clinical team, the technician will fabricate and manufacture high-quality medical device products, which will be supplied to our patients throughout the UAE. This is a highly skilled and rewarding role.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program in Prosthetics and Orthotics (minimum two (2) years course duration)

A minimum of 3 years experience is required within the Prosthetic and Orthotic manufacturing secto

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource development, organizational development or equivalent.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in Learning & Talent Management.
- Existing track record of managing successfully at the director level in relevant large and high-performing organizations – preferably in the health sector.
- High-level experience in design and oversight of performance management, employee learning and development, orientation, and change management systems.
- Understanding of contemporary best practices and systems related to workforce and capability development – preferably within an international context.
- Responsive initiative and program-level development and implementation experience at the organizational and divisional levels – preferably in a large complex organization and especially in a healthcare setting.
- High-level experience in implementing hospital regulatory frameworks relating to staff qualifications, education, and learning.
- Experience working with business partners to deliver expert services to key accounts responsively to meet required needs.
